Shipping FAQ for Japanese Makeup brushes

Q. Which company would deliver my package?
A. We mainly use Japan Post and FedEx for big packages.

 

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Please check the sheet below for the shipping time.

Europe 1-2 weeks 3-4 days
Asia 1 week 2-4 days
South America, Africa and other countries 1-2 weeks, we will let you know of the shipping date.  

 

Q. How will my order be packed?
A. As shown in the images below, your packages will be packed carefully one by one by our staff to make sure that it arrives safely to your doorstep.

Q. Do I get the money back if the package is lost during the transport?
A. Yes, as soon as we notified of the lost package and confirm it, we will refund you the full amount.

Q. What will be included in the package?
Your order will be wrapped up in bubble or paper, with Invoice and message card as shown in the picture. This may change without any notice, as we are constantly working to improve our service.

Q. Can I ask for express shipping or shipping on a certain date?
A. Yes, you can upgrade to EMS or FedEx mail should you need your order before a certain date with some extra charge. Please contact us at info@a-janaika-japan.com for more details.

Q. I have received an email saying it’s in the transfer. Can I track my order?
A. Yes. Please use the following link to check your package’s location all the time.

Q. I would like to have a gift wrapping for my order.
A. We currently do not offer the gift wrapping service option, but if you have specific request, please contact us at info@a-janaika-japan.com.

Q. I wasn’t at home when the package arrived. How can I receive it again?
A. Please contact your local Post office or FedEx office to arrange the shipment.

Q. I am worried about the customs inspection and tax. How would my brushes be described on the shipping label?
A. We mark it simply as “makeup brush” on the shipping label, with Invoice inside the package.
